Parent Involvement
A pupil’s success at school is greatly determined by their parent’s active involvement. At One Earth School, we truly appreciate parental involvement to support the development of the school’s facilities in terms of materials, time and energy. Besides that, as the school still conducts a cross subsidization program for financially less privileged pupils, we highly appreciate parent’s willingness to be a donator or act as a foster parent for these pupils because this will truly help the school operate effectively. We also appreciate active parental participation in social activities conducted by the school, such as visits to local orphanages or aged care homes.
We also expect cooperation between parents with the school (teachers and staff) to be a good role model to the children; in order to enable the them to experience self-transformation towards a better and forward direction from time to time.
